Privacy Policy
Short version: your details are used only to reply to your enquiry. The site has no analytics, no tracking and no cookies. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising.
Who this policy covers
This website, deborah.hr, is operated by Deborah, obrt za usluge, vl. Ivana Kučić, based in Šibenik, Croatia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or get in touch, and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, preferred date and time, group size, and any message you write. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email instead, we receive whatever you choose to share through that channel.
What we use it for
Your enquiry details are used only to respond to you and arrange your private tour. We do not use your information for advertising, marketing emails, or profiling, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Who processes it
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are sent directly by this website to our own email address. They do not pass through any third-party form service. The site is hosted on a standard web server, which keeps routine access logs, as every web server does. Messages sent via WhatsApp are handled according to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, as WhatsApp is operated by Meta. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all, and stores nothing in your browser. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind, which is why you are not asked to accept anything when you arrive.
The one thing the site loads from elsewhere is its typefaces, served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google directly, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No other outside service is contacted.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and arrange your tour, and are deleted afterwards unless we are legally required to keep records (for example, for accounting purposes) for longer.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it's used, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ivana@deborah.hr. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
