Privacy Policy
Short version: your details are used only to reply to your enquiry and to understand basic website traffic. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising.
Who this policy covers
This website, deborah.hr, is operated by Deborah, obrt za usluge, vl. Ivana Kučić, based in Šibenik, Croatia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or get in touch, and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, preferred date and time, group size, and any message you write. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email instead, we receive whatever you choose to share through that channel.
We also collect basic, anonymised website analytics: things like which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit, so we can understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally.
What we use it for
Your enquiry details are used only to respond to you and arrange your private tour. Our analytics data is used only to understand website traffic and improve the site. We do not use your information for advertising, marketing emails, or profiling, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Who processes it
Booking enquiries submitted through the contact form are delivered to us by our form provider, acting only on our instructions to deliver your message. Messages sent via WhatsApp are handled according to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, as WhatsApp is operated by Meta. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function, plus, if you accept them via the cookie notice, basic anonymised analytics cookies to measure site traffic. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data and reloading the page.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and arrange your tour, and are deleted afterwards unless we are legally required to keep records (for example, for accounting purposes) for longer.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it's used, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ivana@deborah.hr. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
